Our dauter in law had much simular issues when she was that age. She is 40 now and the last time she had a problem of that nature was 2 years ago when her Dad died. I'm by no means a doctor, but the doctors here, told her to reduce mental stress,(however she is middle management in a local WM distribution food center), and watch her diet. Soda and coffee, seamed to be her enimies. She heeded their recomendations, and eats much more garden grown vegies and is functioning at 110% , and looks like a million $$ now.
