Re-purposing old farm stuff

A buddy of mine was going to scrap these old wagon axles and wheels, so, since I didn't have a picnic set, I decided to add some old barn lumber to them, and Voila! now I do!

Tim,
I have always been wanting to do that with some steel wheels, but haven't got Around Twuit yet, LOL
I have welded up and wired 6 of these. These two I have in my house. The other 4 I sold as custom lighting. They are made from dump rake teeth, side chain from tire chains and what ever else I could find. The globes are store bought and they can be mounted to uplite or downlite like these. Ceiling heidth and what the customer wanted determined the final look. It takes 10 teeth to complete the wheel so it looks correct.

Tim,
Iam always building something from scrap steel or wood, including these two wacky yard birds built from broken shovels, scrap pipe and rebar. They are Shovel Belly Scrapsuckers.

Making the most of your time when the snow covers your work!! I sure like seeing these ideas. I should have a shop to pread out in in a year or so to do these kinds of things as well as work on my 630 and any other tractors I might run across that follow me home.

Have plenty to keep me busy on the 630 for a while.
