I don't know of any way to repair the splines. Did the shop say how they do that? The repair sleeves are for the smooth surface where the seal rides. e-mail is open. |

| The machine shop said they can weld them up and machine new splines. I have my fingers crossed. |

| They must really be worn. I have seen some bad ones, but smooth them up so discs don't hang up and redi sleeves where the seals go and your ready to go. Doubt you'll ever wear them all the way thru. |

| on my 730 i had one that wore the splines so bad that the disc was spinning on the shaft. i cleaned it all up and bought a new disc. the new disc had better splines in it and held on the shaft but once it wears im pretty sure its going to spin someday too since the shaft is so badly worn |

| Thats what im afraid would happen to mine down the road if i didnt have the shafts machined now. |
