Back in the 70's, I remember going to the Minnesota State Fair and seeing a Steiger with two engines. One engine was where they had always been, in front of the driver. There was a second engine on the rear of the tractor. The rear secton of the tractor was somewhat longer than the single engine units were. I think it had 750 HP or something. Was this an experimental tractor? I have not seen one since. What was I looking at? |
