I have the bolt out, but PS head is in the way of getting a puller on it.

Are they on tight or will they work off with the use of a couple big screwdrivers?

There should be a couple 3/8" bolt holes in it that you can use a couple bolts, a piece of 1/4x2"X12" or so angle iron(with holes drilled to match the ones in the pulley), and a stack of spacers pushing of the center bolt/end of crank to press it off.
