Joe Young 11-01-2012 03:01:34 64.126.67.179 Report to Moderator	Re: This is an incorrect listing! in reply to 55 50 Ron, 10-31-2012 21:17:42   No. That is the engine tag, which indicates it's the later 159 CI spark ignition engine with the horizontally mounted oil filter, crankcase breather tube, and dipstick tube that doubles as the oil fill location. The previous version had a filter mount that was on the side of the block slightly ahead and lower than the distributor. The filter was mounted vertically (unless a power steering pump/reservoir was mounted below the generator, and then the filter was mounted on an angle down and aft). It also has a crankcase breather cap on top of the valve cover that protruded above the hood, and doubled as the oil fill location. There may have been some other changes but those were the obvious ones.... [Reply]  [No Email]
