Good for you, it is good money!. Several years back, I worked for a contractor who had a contract with CSX clearing the acess roads adjacent to the rails. Spent several 36 hr. periods in a 175 Michigan loader, and ended up so fare from home that it was cheaper to send a lowboy and truck it home than drive it. You ever had to drive a loader over a railroad tressel in an articuladed loader, and not slip off the tracks? That was a nail bitter for me. There was always a CSX chase truck with me, (rail capable). Looking back it was a great experience, that not many have done.
