tractor will go into gear when engine is not running,but when tractor running and push clutch in it will kill the engine in about 2 seconds!!! Help!!!

If it is a powershift, it sounds like you have a clutch pack hang up. One of the clutch packs C1-C2-C3-C4 is getting oil pressure when it shouldn't. Either put hydraulic guages on the test ports or check spool positioning on the shifter plate of the powershift. It should be under the cab floor plate if it is a yellow one, but I think the white ones where on the side.
