Well it's time for my Monthly pull report.
Took 2nd place in 7000 class with my 711b. lost by 1 inch to my buddy's Farmall 450. He had not been doing so well, lately and I told him to make a removeable extension for the draw bar, so we could just try it for a class or to to see if it helped. Took him right back to the top in 6500 and 7000 and second place in 7500.
Only placed 3rd in the 7500 class, lost to two binders with T/As. Went 275.8 ft. which was 4 feet more than last month, and I won the class then.
Full pulled 8500 with 308.7 ft., took top honors.
Took 2nd place to a binder with a T/A in 9500 class @ 183.4 ft. lost by 10 inches. It was the first time me and Ol' Bessy pulled 9500.
To date that's 5 third place finishes, 3 second place finishes and 6 first place finishes with one full pull.
Tried using 2nd gear for 8500 and up and am pleased with the results. I had been using 1st gear in 8500 lb class.
Removed the power steering belt, this time out and it netted about 4 ft. in the two lighter classes.
