for a 730 diesel with an adjustable wide front ( model 741??? ) Good runner, straight, but not the prettiest. I hope not!!

| I paid 500 about a month ago for a non running case 730 with possible tranny trouble - and the tires aren't in that good a shape either. If it runs and pulls, I think you found a real bargain.

| | If it runs good i would say its steal unless the tires are missing. Personally i would drag the thing home and give it what it needs. Those old tractors sip fuel You may be glad you got her if diesel goes through the roof

| It's not what every one else thinks, it's what you feel comfortable paying. As with most older tractors it's worth what the tires are.

| Heck, any running tractor of any make would bring that much or more up here. For a 730? THey start at about $4K around me in northern NY.

| Sounds reasonable to me. Just about any tractor that's useable is worth that. The fact it's a Case only make it that much sweeter...
