I have very little cold air coming through the vents, but a lot of warm air coming through the speakers and i can feel air where the radfio mounts as well. are there ducts that direct the air from the blower to the vents in the front of the cab? |

| MeL hit it right on. Just did our 4890. Have 2 large tubes of silicone sealant and a shop vac. on hand & remove the large cover on top of the cab. After a thorough cleaning, seal up every gap where air might leak. Also check the speakers, I'm guessing the paper is tore allowing leaks. I completely sealed the speakers off from above to stop the air flow through them. Wire brush off the old sealant from both the roof & lid. |

| Karl, I'm bettin the AC evaporator is completely plugged with debris, also I have seen the roof cover insulation come unbonded and flop down over the evaporator shutting off most of the air flow, lift the top cover off the cab and I'm sure the problem will be apparent as the AC evaporator is in plain view to clean.

| Don"t forget to replace the cab air filter. Most likely how the dirt got in the evaporator. |
