67 case 830 hydraulic question

I have a 67 Case 830 and I'm looking at getting a 3 point backhoe for it. My tractor already has a loader and is hooked to the rear hydraulics. What will I need to utilize the backhoe without losing operation of the loader?

Hydraulics are way above my head so if you could keep it simple I would appreciate it.

Just buy a PTO pump kit for the backhoe. Moveing diverter valve handles each time you switch function is a real PIA. Buying the necessary valving/hoses to run both will be nearly as spendy as the PTO pump, and requires a working knowledge of hyds. I don't know what you want to do with the hoe, BUT you better be in good physical shape and agile. It will be a long treck from the tractor seat to the backhoe seat, and you will be making that trip both ways very often if you are ditching.
