| I agree, 1st gear unless you are really pushing out some extra power. Make sure you have good spark plugs and wires, you can't afford to have it start missing and losing power. Don |

| tune it up and you will be very happy any decent old DC will pull well lug down and spin out Out west I pulled a 37CC did have lp head 4 1/16 pistons hot mag good cam Was known localy as the Case from Hell Have boxes of tropheys and blue ribbons |

| Definitely 1st. Maybe around the farm hooked to an implement you can spin your tires in 2nd. However, implement tongues tend to pull straight back on the drawbar.The sled's chain also pulls down and puts a lot more weight on the rear tires--up to twice as much. Unless your DC has oversize pistons and the high compression head A5505A, prepare for it to embarassing die in 1st. |
