Case 440 with model 21 backhoe hydraulic line blew

Good evening everyone. I am wondering about where to get parts for my model 21 backhoe? The hydraulic line that feeds the controls for the hoe rubbed the frame and has a pin hole leak now. The part that wore through is about 24 inches long and is a metal line. It connects to a short rubber line about 12 inches long before going into the controls for the hoe. Can I just have someone make up a rubber line instead? If not can I purchase the line from somewhere? Thanks.

Just take the line off, braze the pin hole shut and put it back on. If you don't weld, there must be a welding shop near you. You could also replace the line with double braided hose, if more convenient for you.

Thanks loren. I am mechanically inclined but new to hydraulics. My brother in law is a welder. He can braze it for me. Thanks!
