Worked the Potatoes for the last time today. They are about to fall over.I try to hill them up as much as possible.
This tractor came from Idaho and I believe it has high altitude pistons as I cant hand crank it.It also feels pretty stout compared to the VAC's from
my area.

I have the front mount cultivators for my VAC, but the rear tool bar was lost before I got it. Nice seeing one all together.

Nick again I love your collection and really enjoy seeing them at work, I have a "SC/DC" unit I need to get home that has the disc type on it and never thought about using it on TATERS!!! thanks for sharing,,,,, AGAIN!! cnt

Nick. Great looking garden. Somebody is going to be eating well lol. I quit raising potatos a few years ago, I could not keep the bugs from taking them. Just a quick question, Will the belt pully go on the VAC with the cultivators mounted. Thanks Dennis

Reminds me of day's gone by when i was a kid and helped Dad lay the potatoes by. I would drive the tractor and he would use an old one row horse cultivator with a iron on the front of the tongue hooked over the tractor axle to pull it. Usually had about 1/2 acre. Sold a few and carried the rest to basement, in the spring carried a lot back out too. I made some money on the crop too, as Dad paid me a penny a piece to get the potato bugs off the plants.

Nick, You have a great place to play with your toys. And the photos are really nice. I love good photos because I am a photographer also and I know quality when I see it. And you do a good job at whatever you put your hand to, whether it be taking pictures or growing "TATERS". In days gone by, the river boat went up the Cumberland River until it bottomed out at a place where my ancestors lived. Thus this place was called and became known as Wells Bottom. Went there one time and enjoyed the trip. Kentucky is a pretty state and sure has some fertile ground and looks like your's is good stuff. Thanks for sharing your world and your toys with us. ---Derrol in Texas---
