by the way nice save!!!

My NCM has WISCONSIN V-4 on it. Nice save, had a guy call over a year ago looking for. Lost his phone number. If you want to sell it contact Don L as I think he may know who it was.

The N C M balers used a Wisconsin V E 4 eng. Those are around if you look hard and long. Try to find one that is running or at least not stuck . Good luck with your nice looking baler. clint

i saved a v4 wisconsin off an A-6 combine and it runs perfect. i would like some liturature if there anything out there on the baler. especially how it works. if i can get a manual or something for it we will be running it this september at our annual tractor show. its going into the shop and get an overhaul and demonstrated, if i can find 2 guys to tie. looks like that job is a very dirty one.

Glad to see another one was saved. I restored one of these a several years ago. There is an article in the Summer 2005 edition of Old Abe's News regarding my restoration if you have access to it. If you look on the top right hand side of the plunger crank when the plunger is in the forward position, there will be a date on the casting. It is probably the casting date. I have a manual for mine, could get it copied for you if you are interested.
