Case Garden tractor

Ok fellas, I know no one likes this kind of question, but I have to ask it..

I have a Case 120 garden tractor that I picked up probably 8 years ago or so now.. It has a 12 horse Kohler and is gear drive, not a hydro.

When I bought it, I thought it should have been worth what I invested in it.. I know at that time, it did start.. I drove it onto my snowmobile trailer to bring it home.. I do know one front tire is bad, so is the seat, the exhaust, and gas tank leaks, and someone attached a goofy drawbar on the front for some odd reason.. It's kinda ugly too.. no mower deck or other attachments came with it.

I planned to restore it.. again, that was 8 +/- years ago..

I have now decided I have way too many projects (as I am out of storage, and this garden tractor, one snowmobile, a tractor and some misc are in a barn that I need to clear out of by spring), so i have been either pushing to complete some, and at that point either keeping them, selling them, or swapping for something I need to complete another project, and to make room in the buildings I still have use of.

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF SCRAPPING THIS UNIT.. but was thinking I would maybe like to "move it"..

Anyone have a guess as to what it might be worth? I'm trying to decide to either offer it for sale via the classifieds here, or clean up a corner to tuck it into here somewhere after I get a few opinions.. If I can't get what I invested I'll keep sitting on it

I had the best of intentions when I bought it, now even at my young age, I don't see me completing it (or a lot of other projects I have strewn about)..

Sorry for the long post.. For me this is the tough part, to try to decide what I'm going to do with stuff, and what I should ask should I decide to let it go..

In my opinion if you have not did anything with it in 8 year's, it is time to move it on, unless it has sentimental value. This is from year's of saving things that I have never used or was always going to restore and never did.

Guys, I am located about 20 miles north of Toledo, Ohio or about 20 miles south of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I have not decided what to ask.. was hoping a couple of the fine Case folks here would be able to give me a idea what to ask for it.

I'm going to go over where it's stashed again today and make sure it still turns over (as I did not check last night, but I'm almost certain it still will) and I will post sometime this evening with what I decide to ask. I have a ball park figure, but I don't know if I'm high, low, or about where I should be on it..

I would say 150-200$ and see if you get any bites. If not start dropping the price. I bought a nice 222 that rus perfect with a deck for 300$ last summer.

Brad,
What's happening with this tractor? Is it for sale? If so,
please send me an e-mail with your telephone number. I have
someone that lives in Ohio who would be interested in it. He will
not part it out and that is something you should be concerned
about as there is a lot of that going on these days and far too
many of the older Case tractors are being destroyed.

I am a collector but I am too far away from you to do this deal;
aside from the fact that I ran out of space about 10 tractor
purchases ago. LOL
