711B PTO and Hyd ????

The PTO will not disengage. There is no adjustment possible in the linkage. The lever arm sticking out of the housing can be moved toward the front of the Tractor until it rests on the housing. You can feel a detent when moving the PTO handle to engage / disengage but there is no stopping the PTO shaft.

I have leaks coming out of the Hyd. fittings for the quick disconnect and the lift cylinder. The leaks on both are at the housing. The one for the quick disconnect is leaking at the swivel joint and the lift cylinder at the mating surface on the housing. The fitting for the lift cylinder seems to have some sort of adjustment ability. Are there orings that can be changed out, or are new fittings in order?

If new ones are in order where can they be found?

Thanks

Your PTO has a brake inside that may only need adjusting. Judging from what I can tell from your description, I think you may have something wrong in there. With the engine off, handle disengaged, you should be able to rotate the shaft with your hand. Will it drive a load when engaged?
The E-H cylinder has 1/2" Pipe threads in the barrel, maybe they need tightening. As for the swivels, when they leak, there is no repair. Still available from CASE, but $$$.
