DC break leak

I changed the fluid in the DC when I got her running and now have a leak fromt he left brake. I used orschlens universal transmission fluid in the yellow bucket (303). Maybe that is too thin.
 
as was stated in a earlier post Case recomends 140 wt in the temps above 30 degree's, I believe as John S. commented it is now avaiable from Case as a 85-140wt it is a little thicker and will slow down leaks as you describe, I use this fluid in my four wheel drives in the planitaries and rear ends with good results year around cnt
 
The oil you used is definately to thin, but even the 85W140 will leak, just a little slower. Only solution is to R&R the Seal.

Yeah I figure on replaceing that seal soon.......and replaceing the fluid too I guess.......thanks for the information.........you cary the seals John?
