Case 430 Differental/Transmission/Hydraulic

I have a Case 430 Diesel tractor with a 4 speed transmission, Draft-O-Matic hydraulic systems and discovered that the fluid is milky in color. Just had the engine rebuilt. Is this condensation? Or rain water ending the gear shifter?
Also just hook on a log splitter that I picked up. Maybe it had some bad oil in it?

I also need some clarification on the fill point - Dipstick (s) on the case 430. Two plugs on the left side.
(1) One at the front section.
(2) One further back be hide the shifter under the seat.

Is this a common reservoir?
What type of oil goes in here?
How do I drain it? One drain plug
How munch oil is in the system?

Thank you

The filler plug / dipstick behind the shifter is for the rear end / differential, which calls for 80W90 gear lube. The drain plug is underneath on the right side approximately where the drawbar attaches.

The torque tube fill plug / dipstick is on the left side of the torque tube approximately below the dash. The drain plug is below approximately under the shifter. Hy-Tran should be used in this reservoir that is shared between the hydraulic system and the transmission.
