Case VAC hydraulics pump

I have a 1945 VAC and I have two hydraulic pumps and they were both taken apart. I hoped to use the service manual I have to put it back together and make one good pump. However, the manual diagram is not accurate and complete. There are parts that don't show and should be part of the assembly. I have it fairly close to completed but it will not pump out to the cylinder. I could sure use some assistance to get this pump correctly assembled and working. I have the tractor painted now and she runs great. I really want to get the three point working as it should. Thanks for any assistance.
 
I have a '47 VAC without the 3 pt. but I have the hydraulic pump for the cultivator lift, which I rigged up to a large cylinder to run a snow plow. Sometimes I need to take out the small 1/8 inch plug, and put about 5 pounds of air pressure into the pump to get it working. Sorry, I don't have a parts schematic, just thought this might help.
