I missed a change at one of these locally a few years ago - and have been chafing ever since. I found this one at a sale over the weekend and was very happy to get it.

It sure runs nice. I really like the old blocky wheatland style tractors and its hard to beat these old Case colors!

I can't decide whether to take the loader off and put it on something else - or leave it on.

The family bought it brand new, so I'm the second owner.

Be careful, they can turn into something like this:

Now I know who the second bidder was. Good luck with it, I have a 910 ans it's a sweet running tractor.

I had one (LP 600) from 1967-69 and traded it for my 1966 CK Diesel. Wish I had it back. But I know where I can buy one(600 LP) . It is 16 mi from me. He said it was runing when he parked it several years ago. Don't know what he would take for it though.

Nice Tractor !!! Mine is Diesel but motor spun a bearing & Stuck now and is getting junked .It cost as much to fix as a 930-970-1070 and there a Lot more Tractor !

Great tractor. I love seeing that loader on there, can't say I've seen a 600 with a loader on it. Pretty neat find, congratulations.

Thanks for all the nice comments!

I"m going to leave it original - just going to put a new steering wheel (hate the black smudges!) & front medallion & head light on it and keep it as is. (and change that dang air breather pre-cleaner! ha)

I don"t know why Case isn"t as collectible as JD. I get a kick out of "old Abe" cast into almost every part on a Case. That always has seemed like it shows great pride in workmanship about Case.

Not to mention that almost every part on a Case of this era WAS cast - a lot of similar parts on other brands were just pressed sheet metal.

Howard be patiant. Around here Case is really growing in popularity. Esspecially the Two Tones. Even my JD friend bought a Case last year, and our local salvage guy Jimmy is bringing in a lot more CASE tractors. Last year our local show featured CASE. I think that this is a great time to buy CASE tractors.
