Case L Wheel options....

I am looking to see what wheel options there were for a 36 case model L. I do not have a parts book so I was wondering if anyone had information on solid cast wheels, if they were standard or an option? The hub casting is actually the back half of the wheel and another cast ring bolts to the outside. Some what of a split rim configuration. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, parts books are available online, but, unfortunately, the one for the L is not one of them. They only go back through the Flambeau era.

I'm sure they were an option. My 1929 L has them and I know that all you could get when it was new were steel wheels. My parts book shows that they were available starting at tractor 300900 (first one in 1936).

(quoted from post at 14:19:05 11/25/09) I found one under L-series. It worked for mine which is a 31.

Thanks for the input. I did find the online parts manual for the L-series, but still not finding the wheels. Maybe the manual is before 1936. Could these be for an industrial model L?

The only picture of the cast iron wheel is for the 1938 and later. There is a part # for the 33-37 wheels without pictures.
