Case Grain Drill Question

I have an old 7' Case grain drill that I use for planting small grain. It is on 6" spacing and is a "low wheel" model. I have been unable to find much information about it. The label on the lid calls it a "seedmaster" and it has a metal seed box with no grass seed or fertilizer boxes. Is there an online source of information about Case implements that may be useful? The information would mainly serve to satisfy my curiosity as to the age, etc... of the machine. It has been on our farm since new and was not used from the late 50's until about 2 years ago.

Hi Wesley; I have a 1960 Case Buyer's Guide that shows a model"D" grain drill. It was available in 6,8,10 and 12 foot widths with various options and configurations.(all low wheel). One of its "attributes" is the "famous Case seedmaster" grain meters. As the guide does not indicate that this is a new item, it was likely available earlier in the '50s. You might try looking at the Case IH website parts page for the model D graindrill for more info.
