Case 2594 PTO

My dad's looking at buying a 2594, but the one he's considering has the large (1.75"???) PTO shaft. What's involved in changing it to the smaller shaft (assuming that's even an option)? Thanks, Mike

Parts breakdown only shows one pto output shaft and I assume it is the small 1000. So I am a bit confused here. I would say just swap out the shafts but the way the shaft goes through the bearing would make that impossible and swapping bearings probably isn't an option due to the casting.

Sorry, Dad said it's a 2590. I was confused as he spoke of several different tractors, and my ole "mind like a steel trap" is getting a little rusty I guess.
