I’m overhauling N62 engine and one of the governor weighs
was bad. I bought a newer style ball type governor from YT
parts. It looks like it might work but not sure. The domed
piece with the stem has a tab bent out on it. Does that keep it
from turning? Where should the tab locate one the front cover
and linkage? Just wondering if this newer style governor will
directly replace the older flyweight style governor.
