'39 B rear rim to hub bracket question

I'm restoring the '39 "B". One rear rim appears to be original, one obviously isn't. The original one has 4 square brackets that are riveted to the rim and allow a bolt to pass through and connect to the hub. The non-original rim is the correct size but somebody cobbled something to it that needes to be removed. Are these square brackets something I can buy and weld to the rim? and if so, where do would I get them?

Thanks, Greenhorn
