Allis Chalmers b eccentric wheel adjustment

Hi

Wondered if some one could give me some definitive help
Got some wobble on The left hand wheel rim to the center
Had a go at the adjustment the other day but had to rush of to work so achieved nothing

Exactly how do you adjust the back up to tight

Has anyone made a video or an instruction link on how to

Can they wear and go past the point of adjustment

Whats the knack to getting the wheel center completely central to the rim all the way round

The eccentrics should be installed adjacent to each other, not opposite each other. re the wheel centering,jack up the tractor and turn the wheel, with something solid and large next to it...in the truck shop we used to use a large weighted can, snugged up against the tire. As the wheel turns, look for space between the can and wheel. With proper adjustment, the wheel will always snug up to the can.

Good stuff
So is there any particular way to adjust the cam or is it simply slacken off turn cam bolt
If I cant get them tight Im guessing that would suggest that there is some distortion in the wheel or some wear in the eccentric cam bolt fixing
