The AC g must have been designed in Detroit as it is hard to work on. It was running terrible and would only run with full choke. Carb needs cleaning. Need to remove carb, remove hood to get to carb the left tire and muffler are in the way, removed muffler. air cleaner tube to carb needs to be removed, loosed head bolts holding support bracket, oops bolts go into water jacket so give up on that idea, need to loosen fuel line to fuel filter bowel, difficult to get to fitting to disconnect fuel liner. End result, the G runs a whole lot better after carb was cleaned.

I find the smaller the machine the harder it is to work on regardless of who built or when it was built.

Don't know where they where designed but they where built in Gadsden AL where I was born

Other than being low I don't think they're hard to work on. I even had the engine and adapter housing off the back and the differential out. Had to check it out for metal fragments after I twisted and axle shaft. Hardest part was getting the brake drums off.
