Our AC7080 caught fire and burned (total loss) on Sunday. We don't know the exact year of the tractor but are trying to locate it for insurance purposes. I located several numbers embossed near the PTO at the rear of the tractor. The first set of numbers were to the right of the PTO shaft. They read: P 3099 and there is a set of numbers just below that which read: 10 912.
There is another set of number embossed near the PTO which read: 269412-01 with an -01 just below that set.

There was also a tag near the engine block. It reads 670HI. Also, 70-06917
Any insights would be appreciated!

Above the PTO shaft and to the left is the S/N. It will say 7080 XXXXX and is stamped into the casting without any tag. If the gearshift is thru the floor, it is a very late 1974 thru 1977. 1978 thru 1981 had the "T" twist shift lever on the console. The engine s/n is useless for determining age.
 
I know that it seems like I'm being a smart aleck, but how about looking at the equipment list attached to your insurance policy?

The Serial Number is located above the PTO guard

after 45 years I would not think the YEAR was that important.. maybe the CONDITION would be more of a factor ?
