Allis Model B Bush Hog Width

I had a 6' behind my WC. B is 10 horse less. I'd say 5 and you may need to take 1/2 passes in thick heavy stuff.

I have a 5 foot pull type I use with my 1939 B. I agree with Aaron SEIA. No live power is a big limiting factor as well as power in heavy thick stuff.

Cannot say how big a hog you need but be sure to use an ORC or sooner or latter you will get hurt

Thanks for the help guys. I have an ORC, if I go wider than my 4 footer it will have to be pull type, cause the 4 footer makes it pretty light on the front end.

Depends on what you plan to cut,on light grass or a pasture 5ft will be fine, start using it like a real brush hog in heavy grass.weeds or thick bushes the B will stall out as it has
a pretty fast 1st gear.Pull type is better for a small tractor anyway.

I mow hay fields as I mulch hauled manure with a 5 foot Woods belly mower. I have a woods mounted under a B and a C and both works fine.
