WC crank holder

Can't seem to find any pictures in the manual of where the clips that hold the crank on a WC are located. I thought they went on the RH fender at the back?

Any help is apprecaiated!

IIRC the WC crank was on the left fender. WD was on the right fender. Just checked the Fay and Kraushaar book- "Original Allis-Chalmers"...pg 66, shows the WC with crank on left fender.

I changed the front pedestal on my WC. The old one, with the worn out axle block on it, had a one piece crank. So, no need for a place to store the crank. The new pedestal has a 2 piece crank, so I needed to store the crank somewhere. I found that the crank would slide down handle end first, between the air cleaner and the plate it is mounted on. Problem solved.....

This picture is from the Operating Instructions and Maintenance Model "WC" Tractor Manual. Page 10, "Operating Controls"

Thanks all for the help! I realized that I do not have that page in my manual! Manual is old and looks like it was torn out. I never paid attention when I was reading it>
