110 spreader gearbox

I was lucky enough to find a 110 spreader in a fallen down barn this summer. wood needs replacing and tires with rims but otherwise good shape except for the gearbox. the spockets are there just no gearbox. My grandfather says there was no way allis made a unique gearbox for a run of 1500 spreaders. It has to be off another machine with a maybe different bevel gears. I spent the fall going through junkyards this fall. It is not one from a rotobaler nor a combine. Anyone have any thoughts?

Give Randy Renstrom a call...320-763-2533. Dunno if he"s still in business, but he called himself the spreader king...dealt only in spreaders in central MN- (Alexandria).

I have a spreader that needs rebuilt...missing some shields. $600
