WF rim colors

I apprenticed at an Allis Chalmers dealership but I bleed red........but love Gleaners and a few Allis tractors esp WFs. I picked up an unstyled recently and it needs some tubes replaced and rims painted asap
What is the proper color? I see some online with black rims but I see no evidence of black on these rims and it looks bad IMHO

The wife took a seasonal pic of it today. its going inside soon

That is a beautiful picture, looks like a Christmas card. We had a '38 WC with those pressed steel wheels and they were painted orange, front and back. Our '36 with the F&H spokes were black as well as the front. Always wanted a WF but never could be in the right place at the right time to score one. That is a real prize. Merry Christmas, Harry

Thanks, I hope to get it running soon and drive my first WF ever! they are not esp common around here and I felt very lucky to get it!
