WC Clutch adjustment

I had a recent post about the set up of a clutch I rebuilt on a WC. I did fix my problem and thank you to those who helped me out. I have one more question or affirmation. I have about 3/4" play between the clutch lever arms and the throw out bearing. I have included a picture the lock nut first and then the adjustment screw to obtain the 1/4". I am asking before I go wrenching away and snap something I don't want to snap.
 
If the clutch releases when pushed clear in and works fine, I'd leave it ALONE !! As the clutch disc wears, that 3/4" gap will get to be less and less. If the clutch isn't working right, then you need to adjust the finger height.
 
I agree with DR Allis and as long as it is working and you can shift gears etc. I would not mess with it. One of those if it isn't broken don't fix it or it will be broken
 
Clutch on my WC works good for shifting in and out of gears in the transmission, but the belt pulley will not stop on it's own unless you use your hands or something else. I have been leaving the tractor with the clutch pedal held down all the time, is that why it does that or is it riding the clutch in parades? And, can I adjust it to stop the belt pulley when the clutch pedal is down?
 
Just shift the transmission into any gear while the clutch pedal is locked forward to stop the belt pulley, if it's that big of deal. Either the clutch disc is dragging/warped a bit or the pilot bearing turns hard. I'm not sure if everything is brand new the belt pulley still might not creep a little anyway. I've spent zero time with belt pulley use. I'm from the PTO generation.
