Anybody know what model number this loader Is? Looks like it had a trip bucket at one time and someone made it hydraulic bucket. One of the lift cylinders needs to be rebuilt because it's leaking bad and I need to figure our what this is to get the correct parts. Thanks for any help.

It would help to know what the loader was made to fit. WD, D14?

Take the cyl to a hyd shop- they"ll measure the cyl/seals, and figure it out for you.

Many of the loader companies did not make the cylinders, they bought them from others... WE have a CASE 530 and the cylinder packing/ seals are "generic"... Normally you can get the cylinder ID diameter ( piston diameter) and the rod diameter, then buy a "generic kit" with several parts for rebuild...... you might pull it apart and look first.

The photo is probably oversized in it's filesize, posting photos on Modern View is more forgiving, but there is still a limit of 2MB file size. On classic, it's 300KB. If you email it to me, I will add it to the post.

To take a stab in the dark, if it's a 50s trip bucket with round tubes, it will likely be a Freeman manufactured loader. Those normally have a plate riveted into the left front upper arm which will be faded, but punched numbers will be seen on the lower right and left corners. The lower left number is the model, and the lower right number is the serial number.
