brakes on a ac5040

hello to everybody, my names tommy and I'm a new member so this may have been ask before. does anyone know how to get a look at the brakes on a 1980 ac5040?
the peddles stay up good when pressed but the tractor don't want to stop. I've only had it about 2 weeks so I don't know how long it's been this way.

google your tractor brand/model. Service manuals show how to fix things, parts manuals show individual parts breakdowns. Operator manual shows details on controls, oils, drain/fill points, etc. Sometimes you can get pics/vids by googling, without buying those manuals.

You can look at the parts breakdown of the 5040 on AGCO Parts Books online

Just click on the View Books to the right of Guest User:

Enter 5040 for the Search by Model box and scroll down about 3/4 of the page. See above pic
