I have a 1942 C with original 6 volt electric start and lights.
The tractor came with no knob on the magneto cut off switch, which, of the 2 switches on the control box, is the switch on the right. The shaft is not threaded, but appears to be tapered, with a ring groove machined into it about halfway along the shaft.
Did this switch come from the factory with a knob on it?
If yes, was it the type of knob whose shape matches that of the knob on the light switch, or was it the other shape of knob that is offered for sale by YT and others?
Thank you.
