Gday all, we are having dramas with a old 10B Fiat dozer. Its a direct drive machine which is experiencing clutch slippage.
It has have a complete clutch reseal and inspection, all clutch plates are within wear limits.
Found the clutch pressure regulation valve to be cracked and check valve seat smashed out so was also replaced.
Removed the 2 section charge pump and disassembled finding the clutch section to have bad scoring in the housing so its also been replaced.
However we are still experiencing very bad clutch slip to the point it will not even move in travel mode.
Any info and/or full hydraulic schematic on a direct drive machine would be muchly appreciated.
