My 200 has always had a problem with the hydraulics. Unless you have a lot of rpm even the 3 pt. will not move. Gauge shows plenty of pressure at 2/3 throttle and everything works great but it is a pain in the butt to have to run it that fast to pick up anything. Any advice?

That's the way they were designed. There's one pump section for steering and lift. The priority spool in the back end section sees to it that steering is always first and hydraulic lift comes next. Your pump could have a sticky spool or just be getting tired from old age BUT, even a brand new pump has to be throttled up to 1500-1700 RPM to lift anything.
