Questions on D-17 Fluids

Hello;

On a D 17 Series 111, does the transmission fluid(stick on right sitting on tractor) share fluids
with either the hydraulic system or the Power Director? I also don't know if a previous owner has "modified" my existing transmission dipstick, so could someone be kind enough to measure a known good one and let me know?

Dipstick to the right of the gearshift when sitting in the seat is for the transmission/differential on all ages of D-17 series. The dipstick to the left of the gearshift (which takes a wrench if installed tight) is for the power director, PTO gears and hydraulic system on a series 3 or 4 model. For yours to be a legit series 3, it should have a hydraulic filter directly under the battery, an oval muffler, dry type air cleaner and headlights on the fenders.
