Allis G timing

Here I am again,, I have an Allis nChalmers model G,, have trouble getting it started, so what I would like to do is check the timing but here is where I,m lost so could some onw help me out and tell me how do I check and set the timing would really appreciate,thanks so much, the carb is less than 1 year old, has new points and plugs, it has a weak spark,so is it the timing or could it be in need of a new coil???"??

Timing is top dead center on the compression stroke with the points just ready to open. Weak spark could be coil or the points need to be adjusted. Book calls for .020 point gap.

Timing mark on the crank pulley lines up with hole in the rear cover.
