WD45 Hand Clutch Disengages

The hand clutch on my WD45 jumps forward, especially when going down hill, thus disengaging the transmission. Is there an adjustment I can make to tighten the clutch so it stays in place?

If the "snap" is very soft, I suppose you could remove a few shims and see what that does. Otherwise, it's a split to replace the ramp plate and rollers.

Take the top cover off, remove the large snap ring and turn the "ramp plate" so that the rollers are riding on new material not in the worn grooves. This will give it the snap again. Also remove any shims if necessary.
