AC D14 Hydraulic Issue

I have inherited a restored 1950 AC D14. It has always been a perfect tractor and has never given any troubles. I went out this past weekend and cranked her up on the first try, but noticed that my attachment wouldn't stay lifted. I tried several things and finally gave up. I later noticed that fluid had leaked out onto the ground. I'm assuming this is hydraulic fluid, but I'm not sure. Any ideas where I would check hydraulic fluid levels on the D14? How would I go about adding? Etc?

Side note - this will be my first time to ever work on this tractor other than changing a battery.

Thanks!

I don't know the D-14 as such but if it is like the D-17 which is should be there is a hyd filler cap on the right side just forward of the brake pedals which should have a dip stick and that is where you check the hyd fluid

Hmmm....good to know! My father-in-law has shown in antique tractor shows as a 1950 D14. I'll have to dig around to see if I can come up with more info. It has the D14 sticker on side.
