Removing Rim Tire from The Center on 190XT Power Adjust

The left rim on my 190XT power adjust is leaking chloride. It has rusted the rim around the valve stem quite a bit over the winter which I did not notice until this spring. I would like to remove the rim and tire as a unit. It is a power adjust wheel. Do I remove all the nuts then pull off the adjuster lugs, rim and tire all at once or do I remove the adjuster lugs one at a time ? I want to then take the tire off the rim and repair what ever needs to be done to the rim. I may have to weld new stock where the valve stem came through the rim. I have never worked on a power adjust wheel so I need help.
How do I put the rim/tire combination back on ? I cannot find any help in my operators manual, repair manual or I&T manual.
Thank you for any help you can give me. I sincerely appreciate your efforts.

I sincerely appreciate the helpful suggestions. Thank you very much. Plan to try and remove tire and tube and then remove the bare rim. That is provided I can break the bead while on the tractor. Will let you know how I do. Awlfully slow at 78 years old so it might be a while. Have other tractors so I can take my time.
Thanks again.
