I think it is the first version of Twin Wheel Drive- which let you run the bar from 45 degrees under horizontal, to 90 degrees vertical. That would be a #7, prior to 80 and 82. T meant trailing, R meant rear mount, and S meant side mount. Vintage late 50s?

you say the #7 came with a weak twin cycle drive?.. How so, could I use it for parts IE bottom plates on a 82S for parts if needed or were they diff sizes?

Adam from experience--With the small wheels on it, It will drag heavy hay in front of it. Find some 15" or 16" rims and it will be a better mower.

Get on www.agcopartsbooks.com and search for 80T. Open a second tab and search for 7. The parts book for both are on line. Look at them side by side and see what parts interchange.

The original drive arms were sheet metal not cast,we had one of the first 7T mowers sold,up dated to the replacement cast arms but they were a lot lighter duty than later arms.
The arms off the 82 series should work if have the bearings covers and the cross arm.
