47 WC with foot and hand breaks

My WC has foot brakes and hand brakes but I though the foot brakes only came on the wds and it also dosent have a belt wheel I thought the wcs came with that too why would it have foot brakes and why wouldnt it have a belt wheel

Any "WC" with foot/hand brakes was converted to that after the tractor was built, never from the Factory. There was a couple of companies that made those foot brake kits. Belt pulley??? was an option on both WC and WD, not standard equipment. Some had it.....some did not.

Foot brakes would either be home made, or an after-market product...not factory. Belt pulley may have been a factory option, or a delete item, or might simply have disappeared over time. They are easy to find, maybe for $30-50. If you find one, it must be indexed to the correct set screw hole to attain proper gear lash. The holes are staggered a bit, not in a concentric circle. Proper gear lash is a movement of 1/4 inch of the face of the pulley.
