An AC 180 gas; I know not many were made; are they ok? Start hard or easy in winter? Parts available?

I have a 180 gas owned since the 1980's,its been a pretty good tractor used for a lot of things have a loader on it now and use it to feed hay with some in the Winter because
it does start so easy in cold weather.Parts except for the engine are the same as the 180 diesel and the 185.Great power steering and hydraulics.

I've been told that when it comes to an overhaul kit, there aren't any available any more. No pistons/sleeves kits. The rest of the tractor parts are no issue, and the engine is good if cared for.

I also use my 180 gas as a loader tractor plus right now it's also my "big" tractor for my 50+ row crop acres. It will pull a 13' Allis 1200 field cultivator with 4" shovels or a 10' Allis 1300 field cultivator with 6" shovels (Just did 7 acres last night with the 1300 FC). Also a 12' disc or a 4-16" mounted Alis plow. In the winter I put my 7' snowblower on it. Should also handle a 10' cutter fine. I love mine. I got lucky and found one with 1100 hours on it back in 2005. I only have 1450 hours on it now. Get 18.4X30 rears and 10x16 fronts to make a real tractor out of it. Mike
