Allis 200 slips underload

I have an issue with my 200, I was out disking a field and after about 15 minutes I noticed it was like I had the clutch in, I shift from high range to low and it took off, but after about 10 more minutes the same thing happened, I raised the disk let it idle for a few minutes and made my way back to the garage.
All fluids are fine.
Could this be an issue with an adjustment on the high/low range?
One other note, don't use this tractor in winter so it sat, when I got it running I noticed I was having a little trouble shifting like the clutch wasn't engaged all the way, could this be a clutch issue?

Start with the simple things first, does the clutch release bearing have some free play as it should? If not reset it and see if it helps.

Well it certainly is a clutch issue. But you have to decide which one. If you're having some slippage, you can usually put the tractor in high gear, clamp on the brakes, turn on the PTO, and see what the PTO does if you can make a clutch slip. If the engine clutch is the problem, the PTO will slow down. Maybe some critters got in there and made a mess!
There are pressure settings, and linkage adjustments on the power director, but I doubt they all went out at once.

Does the hydraulics and steering keep working like they should or get weak?

Be sure to have at least 2 inches of 'free-play" in the foot clutch pedal (4 inches is better yet). I'd suspect Power Director linkage issues not traveling 100% stroke. This would especially be true with the later designed lever with the gate that wears out.

I usually run this Allis with a westendorf loader with a spike on the loader and one on the 3 pt. and it can handle a 1100 lb. rd. bales on each end no problem, but when I try to pull a disk or cultivator it will run just fine but like I said before after 15 minutes or so it will just stop pulling if you wait a few minutes it will start moving again but only for a short amount of time.
I will recheck the clutch for free play, but I was having some issues after it sat all winter when trying to shift in gears it was grinding like the clutch wasn't engaging enough..so that's where I am a little confused.
One other note, once in a while the high/low would pop into neutral while hauling rd bales

Like I said......I think you have hand lever linkage issues.

if it slips high and low both it main engine clutch no most thoes ol tractors have rubber bushing the deck sits they root out then hand linkage has to be reset i alway raise the deck bushing it back up the reset the hand linkage

There was a service bulletin on those late model gate type levers to drill a new hole in the lower arm to gain more travel. Every 200 I ever worked on needed that done to them along with repair the gate/lever for wear.
