I need to pull the starter on my '42B. The bendix appears to be stuck in the retracted position. However, the starter is also stuck in the housing of the torque tube, likely because of rust. I've applied PB Blaster liberally to the joint and used a wedge between the starter and torque tube but have only been able to move the starter about one sixteenth of an inch. I'll continue to apply PB Blaster every day and give it a few days to see if I can make any more progress. Was wondering if anyone has had this problem and how they solved it.

Thanks,
Rod

On that you need to twist and pull and then push back in and out and twist. It can be a real pain in the back sides some times
